¿Le gustaría conocer la misteriosa leyenda de la Calle de la Cabeza? Si es así, siga leyendo. Esta calle se ubica en el Barrio de las Letras en Madrid, un barrio localizado en el centro de la capital de España. Este distrito está colmado de comercios, cultura, turismo y lugares residenciales.
¿Le interesaría ir al lugar donde ocurrió esta leyenda? Si es así, debe tomar el metro hasta Tirso de Molina, al salir se topará con el teatro Nuevo Apolo. Diríjase hacía él, allí continúa todo recto y finalmente habrás llegado al comienzo de la calle. Al llegar estarás entre la Calle Jesús y María y la Calle Ave María. Ahí verás un cartel en el que está representada una cabeza de una persona, un cuchillo y un carnero degollado.
Esta historia tuvo lugar en el S.XVI durante el reinado de Felipe II, también conocido como “El Prudente”. Todos comenzó cuando un sirviente le cortó la cabeza a su amo para quedarse con todos sus bienes y se marchó a Portugal. Años más tarde volvió a Madrid convertido en un caballero. Un día paso por el Rastro y se compró una cabeza una cabeza de un carnero para cenar con el dinero que le robó a su amo años atrás. Un campesino le paró y le dijo que estaban saliendo gotas de sangre de su capa. El caballero abrió la capa y vio que lo que había debajo no era la cabeza del carnero si no la de su amo al que había decapitado años atrás. El caballero fue ejecutado en la Plaza Mayor al haber confesado su crimen. Y es por eso que la Calle de la Cabeza se llama así

Este vídeo lo hemos grabado durante una salida que hemos hecho por la zona del Barrio de las Letras. En él hemos hablado sobre la leyenda de la Calle de la Cabeza. Al principio, nos costó bastante grabarlo bien debido a que pasaba gente y teníamos una cámara delante. Esto nos hacía ponernos nerviosos, pero al final lo pudimos grabar sin problemas.
